Senior Product Designer

We require a Mid – Senior Product Designer to be a design leader & innovator as we continue to develop our products across multiple professional and amateur team sports. You will work with our product delivery teams to deliver best in class interface design and UX principles into our products.

Responsibilities

• Design world-class products. From discovery to delivery you will bring expertise into delivering value that will help ideate, design, develop and roll out products
• Design UI and UX artifacts for our development teams to bring to life
• Conceptualize and create intuitive, engaging, and brand-consistent web experiences
• Continually improve and optimize user experience for our products
• Collaborate and lead concept design ideation & development to help define a creative strategy
• Own the end-to-end strategy and delivery of the design input across our products, using UX frameworks and methodologies to capture and consolidate ideas into a clear and tangible experience strategy
• Work closely with our business analysts, product owners and existing design function to continuously improve our processes and offering
• Own, maintain & iterate the company wide design system
• Nurture younger designers and help them excel
• Strong analytical skills: You have methods to break down problems into pieces, extract product characteristics that are required to match customers’ expected performance, and formulate them into UI solutions
• Strong design “craft” skills: You are fluent when it comes to building high-definition UI on both desktop and mobile, and make your work scalable

Essential Qualifications/Experience

• Experience of working across multiple product teams concurrently
• Experience working with development teams and product owners
• Experience with Figma
• A thorough understanding of UX principles and how to use them
• Strong team player
• Communication: You naturally communicate with your peers, and are confident when it comes to getting people buying in around your proposed ideas
• Not scared to make mistakes
• Leadership: You have a strong sense of commitment, accountability, and ownership, on both individual tasks and group projects
